Inspired by the flavors and traditions of Yucatán, this exclusive evening blends innovation, storytelling, and culinary artistry in an intimate and immersive dining experience.
Recognized as one of the leading voices in modern Mexican cuisine, Pedro Evia brings a creative approach that honors regional heritage while embracing contemporary techniques and bold expression. Jorge Molina
Jorge, a mixologist and instructor driven by creativity and a passion for ingredients, joins this edition of Mesa Abierta to present a cocktail experience inspired by the Riviera Maya.
With an extensive background in events, education, and contemporary cocktail culture, as well as his work at the JULEP Mixology Academy and his latest project, SYNDY Drinks, Jorge brings a refined approach where tiki mixology, fermentation, and tropical flavors come together in perfect harmony at Peacock Alley.
