All-Inclusive Package

The All-Inclusive Package is valid for bookings and travel through 2026 and 2027, subject to availability and blackout dates. The All-Inclusive Package is not valid for existing reservations or group bookings and cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or offer.

The All-Inclusive Package applies only to the number of guests registered in the reservation. Additional guests not included in the original booking will incur additional charges.

Kids & Teens Stay & Eat Free Policy

• Children ages 0–5 stay and dine complimentary, subject to room occupancy limits.
• Kids and Teens ages 6–13 stay and dine complimentary when sharing a room with paying adults, subject to room occupancy limits.
• Guests aged 14 and above are considered adults and will be charged according to the applicable room rate and package pricing.

The All-Inclusive Package includes:

• Breakfast at Chaya Restaurant.
• Lunch at Chaya or the Pool.
• Dinner at Chaya, JA’O, and Malpeque (three-course dinner selected from the menu; exclusions apply).
• House-made beverages and snacks at Peacock Alley and Pool Bar.
• Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages by the glass, available during operating hours of participating bars and restaurants (brands may vary).
• Non-motorized water sports, including kayaks and paddleboards.
• Fully stocked minibar.
• 24-hour in-room dining.

*Dinner at JA’O, Chaya, and Malpeque is subject to restaurant operating schedules and requires advance reservations.

*The package excludes select beverages, specialty dishes, culinary experiences, tasting menus, transportation, spa services, laundry services, retail purchases, bottled beverages, candies, and packaged snacks not prepared in-house.

*Restaurant availability and dinner venues may vary by season.

*The All-Inclusive experience begins at check-in (3:00 p.m.) and concludes at check-out (12:00 p.m.).

All components are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. They are valid only during the stay and cannot be carried over to future reservations. Any changes are subject to availability and may result in rate adjustments.

Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya reserves the right to cancel a reservation without prior notice if fraudulent or unlawful payment-related activity is identified. Extensions require a new reservation for the additional night(s), subject to availability and prevailing rates.
