ALL-INCLUSIVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The All-Inclusive Experience applies to registered guests staying under an eligible All-Inclusive rate plan. Inclusions are available during the confirmed stay and may vary according to restaurant operating hours, seasonal programming and availability. Private events, select menus, select beverages, spa treatments and other designated experiences may incur additional charges. Terms, conditions and exclusions associated with the reserved rate plan apply.
Beginning January 10, 2027, Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya will offer an All-Inclusive Experience, exclusively for Adults, and will welcome registered guests aged 18 and older. All guests must meet the minimum age requirement at the time of check-in. A valid government-issued photo identification may be required.
Private round-trip transportation between Cancún International Airport and Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya is included for eligible reservations of four or more consecutive nights.
